BOOKING & PRICING POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit will go toward your total service cost.
Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Rescheduled appointments will be subject to current pricing.
Your appointment price is secured once your deposit has been paid.
LATE POLICY
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Please plan accordingly to ensure we have enough time to provide the best results.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
No call, no shows may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.
Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
REFUND POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final.
If you have any concerns, please reach out so we can discuss possible solutions.
PAYMENT METHOD
Remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Accepted forms: Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, or cash.
Please bring exact cash if paying with cash.
PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the best results, please avoid the following:
Alcohol 24 hours before your appointment.
Caffeine the day your appointment.
Blood thinners (Ibuprofen, fish oil, Vitamin E) 24 hours prior.
Retinal or Retin-A near the brow area for 7 days.
Botox within the last 2-3 weeks.
Proper pre-care helps with pigment retention and overall results.
PREVIOUS WORK
If you have previous work, approval is required before booking.
Please text clear photos of your brows in natural lighting to 414-750-8981.
Failure to receive approval may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
NOT A CANDIDATE IF YOU
Are pregnant and nursing.
Are under 18 years old.
Have used Accutane within the last 12 months.
Have active skin conditions near the brow area.
